1. Introduction

Welcome to InnerBalance Grow, domain growinbalance.trade. These terms set out the rules and guidelines for accessing our website and using our offerings.

2. Services

InnerBalance Grow provides personal development coaching, group sessions, and workshops (collectively, “Services”). Scheduling for Services will be confirmed via email or phone. You may request to reschedule up to 48 hours before a session without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of a session, a 50% fee will be applied. After a session has begun, no refunds will be issued.

3. Info Products

We offer digital courses, downloadable guides, and video training materials (“Info Products”). Access is granted immediately after purchase. You may request a refund within seven days of access if you have not completed more than 20% of the content. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items such as journals and tools (“Goods”) are shipped to the address you provide. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within five days. We will arrange for the item to be shipped back at no charge and send a replacement. For all other issues, you may ship an item back to us at your cost for a refund of the purchase price, once we receive the item in its original condition.

5. Payment

Payment for all offerings is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed on our checkout page. Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of your order or scheduled session.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule Services up to 48 hours before the session for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will incur a 50% charge. Info Products and Goods are not eligible for scheduling changes.

7. Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. All refund requests must be made via our contact form and will be processed within 14 days of approval. For Services, see section 2. No refunds will be issued for group workshops or retreats once the first session has started due to limited availability and resource preparation.
